Cooking Demonstration with Lee Prost

Join the Resort's cooking instructor Lee Prost, for a unique epicurean experience in our Loft kitchen.

September's featured recipe will be Double-Cut Pork Chops with Hard Cider Caramel Sauce.

The featured technique will be Sous Vide cooking. See how this method, formerly only available in high-end restaurants, is making it easy for home cooks to turn out perfectly cooked pork, steak, poultry and even desserts.

Learn the recipes and techniques from Lee. Then enjoy an ample tasting of these fall inspired dishes and other fall-inspired side dishes and dessert.

Cost is $58 per class, per person plus tax. Class size is limited to ten guests, by reservation only. Please note that all cooking class attendees who stay overnight will receive 15% off of our regular Cabin rates.

You may also bring your own beverages to enjoy during the class, or you may purchase from a wide welection of premium wine, beer and spirits available on-site in our Market Place shop.

Future demonstrations will be held on Sweetest Day, October 19 and on November 2. Featured recipes will be Roasted Salmon Stuffed with Spinach and Mascarpone and Southwest-Spiced Roasted Turkey.
