It is up to us to deliver 5-star customer service by keeping our cabins, lodge, and all grounds facilities fresh, clean, comfortable, and inviting. It is also our job to keep our shop full, clean, and organized with relevant, unique, and tasteful items to allow our guests and customers to enjoy their time here surrounded by good taste and style while being provided useful advice and suggestions.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Able to work at a fast pace.
- Experience in cleaning/ housekeeping/ laundry.
- Grounds keeping/maintenance experience and knowledge.
- 1 year plus experience in retail.
- 1 year plus customer service experience.
- Knowledge of fly fishing and other relevant outdoors activities to provide guests
with accurate useful information.
- A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store and our resort feeling satisfied - and you will contribute to the resort’s profitability.
- Honesty, Integrity, Dependability and Customer Focus are musts.
